APPLICATION
Centrifugal, vortex, cantilever feed pumps are designed for pumping water and other neutral liquids with temperatures from -15°C to 105°C that contain solid insertions of size below 0,05 mm and concentration below 0,01% by mass.
DESCRIPTION
Structurally they are horizontal cantilever pumps with two impellers. The first-step impeller wheel is centrifugal, the second-step impeller is vortical. Such combination allows receiving, at the first step, normal suction conditions (admissible vacuum lift is 7m), and at the second step, high pressure.
The flow part material is cast iron, the vortex wheel is made of steel 35L. The seal of the shaft is a face-end gasket. Installation of soft-stuffing sealing is possible.
The pumps can be completed with electric motors in explosion-proof design
